Digital signage

Digital signage for events, updated by you from your phone.

The WiFi password, the running order, the thing that moved to the other field at short notice. A screen says it once and stops forty people asking at the bar.

The problem

Everyone asks the same six questions.

What is the WiFi password. What time is the band on. Where are the toilets. Has the bar moved. Every one of those gets asked of whoever happens to be standing nearest, usually your bar staff, usually while they are pouring.

A screen in the right place answers them silently all weekend. It is not a glamorous bit of kit and it is not expensive, and it removes a surprising amount of noise from your day.

What you get

  • A screen, a mount and the power sorted. We site it where people actually stand, which is usually the bar or the gate rather than where the socket happens to be.
  • A content loop built before the event, from whatever you send us. WiFi details, running order, site map, safety information, sponsor slides.
  • Self-service updates. You change the assets yourself during the event, from a phone, without ringing us. That matters when something moves at 3pm on the Saturday.
  • It keeps running unattended. Once it is looping it does not need anyone watching it.
  • Sponsor placement. A rotating slot on a screen people are already looking at is straightforwardly saleable, and for a lot of events it covers the cost of the screen.

Where we have run it

We ran signage at Fortified in July 2026, inside the marquee at Paull Point Battery. It looped the free WiFi details, event announcements and sponsor slides across the weekend, and the organisers updated the assets themselves as the event went on.

Being straight about it: signage is the newest thing we offer and we have run it at one event, not fifty. The screen earned its place there, which is why it is on this page at all, but if you want a supplier with a decade of signage behind them we are not that yet.

What it pairs with

Signage works hardest alongside event WiFi, because the single most-asked question on any site is the WiFi password and a screen answers it permanently. If your team is also on two-way radio, announcements that go out over the radio can go up on the screen at the same time.

It does not need either, though. A screen on its own at a show or a market does the job perfectly well.

What we need from you

Your content, and a rough idea of where people congregate. We will tell you how many screens that actually warrants, which for most events is one.
